- You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
- Return requests made after 30 days of delivery will automatically expire.
📦 Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for a successful return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- Condition: Entirely unworn, unused, and unwashed.
- Packaging: Must have all original tags attached and remain in its original packaging.
- Proof: Requires a valid receipt or proof of purchase.
🚀 How to Start a Return
- Step 1: Contact our support team at vyomees@gmail.com.
- Step 2: If accepted, we will email you a prepaid return shipping label and clear dropping instructions.
- Important: Do not send items back without requesting a return first. Unauthorized returns will not be processed.
⚠️ Damages, Wrong Items, and Issues
- Please inspect your package immediately upon delivery.
- Contact us right away if the item is defective, structurally damaged, or if you received the wrong size/design.
- We will fast-track an evaluation to resolve the issue and make it right at zero extra cost to you.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items & Exceptions
We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for the following items:
- Sale items or promotional purchases.
- Gift cards.
- Custom or personalized merchandise.
- Perishable, hazardous, or personal care goods.
🔄 How Exchanges Work
- The fastest way to secure an exchange is to complete a return for your current item.
- Once your return is received and accepted by our team, simply place a brand-new, separate order for the desired size or design on our storefront.
🇪🇺 European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
- If your order is being shipped directly into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days for any reason, no justification required.
- All standard baseline eligibility criteria (unworn, with tags, original packaging) still apply.
💳 Refund Processing Timeline
- Inspection: We will notify you via email as soon as we receive and inspect your returned package.
- Approval: If approved, your refund will automatically route back to your original payment method.
- Timeline: Refunds typically take up to 10 business days to clear. Keep in mind that banks or credit card providers may require additional time to post the transaction.
- Support: If more than 15 business days have passed since your return approval and you haven’t received your funds, please contact us immediately at vyomees@gmail.com.
