Shipping Policy — Vyomees

1. Order Processing All Vyomees products are made-to-order and printed fresh upon purchase. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

2. Dispatch & Delivery Timeline Standard delivery across India: 5–14 business days from order date. Metro cities typically receive orders faster. Remote or rural pin codes may take up to 14 business days.

3. Shipping Partners We ship via trusted courier partners including Delhivery, Shiprocket, or similar services. Tracking details will be shared via email/SMS once your order is dispatched.

4. Shipping Charges Free shipping on all orders above ₹999. Orders below ₹999 may attract a nominal shipping fee at checkout.

5. Peak Season Delays During festivals (Diwali, Holi, etc.) or sale periods, dispatch may take up to 3–5 additional business days.

6. Incorrect Address Vyomees is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout. Please double-check before placing your order.

7. Failed Delivery / RTO If delivery fails due to customer unavailability, the order may be returned to us. Re-shipping charges will apply.

8. International Shipping Currently, we ship within India only. International shipping coming soon.

9. Damaged in Transit If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos at vyomeestore@gmail.com.
